Oil landscape and still life, inspired by life in the mountains, and travel to the coast are featured in this one-woman show.  Included in the exhibit are several popular landmarks from Asheville, Black Mountain, Montreat, and surrounding counties.

 

Cheryl will be featured with over 15 pieces in The Little Picture Show opening on St. Simons Island.

Join the SVFAL as we display the best work from our organization at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts at our annual winter exhibit.  This year the juror is Drew Dean, Drew Dean Gallery, Brevard, NC.

First place goes to Cheryl for her piece, "Purple and Gold."

The Transylvania Art League, Brevard, NC will host Cheryl Keefer as she presents the November program, "Painting from Life" at the Transylvania County Recreation Center at 1:30 P.M., Thursday, November 1, 2007.

The Swannanoa Valley Arts League hosts Cheryl Keefer at their September meeting as she deomonstrates painting an oil, monochromatic head study.

The juried a judged show will consist of works by members of the Swannanoa Valley Arts League.

Cheryl will be painting and studying with plein air painters from throughout the U.S.,  particularly with California colorist, Camille Przewodek.
